Mission
The South Bay End-of-Life collective is a growing network of practitioners and organizations who focus mostly on serving the South Bay communities of Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. We work hand-in-hand with your medical experts and Hospice support to complement their work. We also provide educational workshops, planning, hands-on support, and grief resources in a safe, supportive space.
We also hope to gently raise awareness that each person has the freedom to choose how they prepare for this meaningful journey.
Vision
Our vision is that everyone gets a choice in how they transition. That everyone on this sacred journey, and their loved ones, benefit from dignity, clarity, and compassionate care at every stage - which we call Seasons.
